Closing soonTime to check out your last books from the Highlandtown branch of the Pratt Library–it’s closing March 31. The neighborhood will soon be served by a new branch, the Southeast Anchor Library a block away on the corner of Eastern Avenue and Conkling Street. Librarian Ann Stepney will work at the new branch, so it’s au revoir and not goodbye. The Southeast Anchor Library is scheduled to open May 14.
