Yoga

Yoga is offered in various locations around the Southeast. On Mondays, an “all levels” yoga class is offered at 6:30 p.m. in the Virginia S. Baker Rec Center in Patterson Park. On Tuesdays at 4:45 p.m., “Easing Into Yoga” classes (for seniors, pregnant women or individuals recovering from an illness) are held at the Hatton Center, Fait and Linwood avenues. “Easing” is followed by a Basics class at 6:15 p.m., and a Continuing class at 7:30 p.m. With all classes except “Easing” (which has a voluntary donation), the first class is free, then $10 per class.
