Madison Street Closing: Madison Street will be closed between Rutland Avenue and Broadway during off-peak hours till November 1. The closing is to facilitate the construction of the new parking garage for the Kennedy-Krieger Institute. Madison Street will be closed from 8 p.m. till 5 a.m. Thursdays through Sundays. Motorists can skirt the construction by taking Rutland Avenue north to Ashland Avenue, then left on Broadway and right on Madison.
Losing Sight?
