Election Day: Tuesday, Nov. 4 is election day. There will be no collection of trash, bulk trash or recyclables that day, and landfills will be closed. Parking meters must be fed and all parking regulations (including residential permit parking) remain in effect. Baltimore City Public Schools, Enoch Pratt Free Library branches and Baltimore city offices will be closed. Get out and vote — it matters.
