HIGHLANDTOWN’S ANSWER TO AN ECONOMIC STIMULUS-Hoehn’s Bakery held a customer appreciation day on Friday, with free coffee, iced tea and orange juice, and offered samples of their famous cheesecake and blueberry cake. (Of course, once in the door, is there any customer in Highlandtown who can turn down a piece of that amazing peach cake?) Marie Crislip and Shirley Morgan served up fresh-baked goods, made conversation and made visitors feel welcome all day long.
