Aggravated assault
100 block W. Randall St.,
Wednesday, May 19, 8 p.m.: A man was kiched, punched and pushed down a flight of stairs. The victim broke his hand.
200 block S. Vincent St., Thursday, May 20, 11:58 p.m.: A woman cut a man during an argument. She was arrested.
100 block S. Calhoun St., Thursday, May 20, 9:54 p.m.: A man choked a woman during an argument and was arrested.
1400 block W. Pratt St., Friday, May 21, 6 p.m.: A man was beaten with metal poles. The victim was taken to a hospital.

Robbery
1100 block Bayard St.,
Tuesday, May 18, 9:45 p.m.: A man was robbed at gunpoint of $540 cash, a cell phone, his driver’s license and personal papers.

Burglary
400 block S. Norris St.,
Monday, May 17, 12:30 a.m.: Someone tried to break into a house through the rear door.
1000 block Booth St., Monday, May 17, 7 a.m.: A man stole a woman’s house keys, then used them to get into her home and steal a DVD player and TV digital converter box.
Unit block E. Cross St., Tuesday, May 18, 12:01 a.m.: Someone tried to pry his way into a pizza shop but failed.
1000 block Hull St., Wednesday, May 19, 4:30 p.m.: Someone forced open the door of an office and stole two laptop computers.
1800 block Hollins St., Friday, May 21, 9 a.m.: Someone tried to break into a Head Start center through the front door but failed.
1000 block Leadenhall St., Friday, May 21, 9:15 a.m.: Someone entered a house and stole $792 cash.
Unit block E. Churchill St., Saturday, May 22, 5:30 p.m.: Someone got into a house through the unlocked front door and stole a laptop computer.

Monday, May 17, 10:30 p.m.: Someone stole a 2002 Ford Taurus.
Unit block W. Randall St., Tuesday, May 18, 12:20 a.m.: Someone tampered with the ignition on a parked car.
100 block Scott St., Tuesday, May 18, 1 a.m.: Someone stole a 2003 Town & Country van.
1400 block Reynolds St., Saturday, May 22, 2:30 a.m.: Someone stole a motor scooter.

Sunday, May 16, 6:30 p.m.: Someone stole a 1988 Mariner boat motor from a chest in a back yard.
700 block Washington Blvd., Monday, May 17, 12:01 p.m.: A man shoplifted a box of Honey Buns.
1200 block Washington Blvd., Monday, May 17, 9:30 a.m.: Someone stole a sink and an aluminum storm door from a backyard.
1000 block Riverside Ave., Tuesday, May 18, 6:45 p.m.: Someone stole $550 cash, an iPod, Canon camera and Oakley sunglasses from a parked truck.
300 block S. Poppleton St., Tuesday, May 18, 9 p.m.: Someone broke the front passenger window of a parked car and stole a GPS, digital camera and an MVA disability hang tag.
Unit block E. Wells St., Wednesday, May 19, 10 a.m.: A policeman saw a man take another man’s keys from his crduring an argument and arrested the suspect.
200 S. Addison St., Wednesday, May 19, 9:30 p.m.: A man set his bag containing a pair of jeans, a white dress shirt and various medications beside him on the ground. Another man ran up, grabbed the bag and ran away.
1200 block Knox Ct., Thursday, May 20, 9:45 p.m.: A dark blue hybrid bike was stolen from a back yard.
1000 block S. Charles St., Friday, May 21, 6:21 a.m.: A man stole a box of Axe body wash from a drugstore and fled.
800 block Light St., Friday, May 21, 5:50 p.m.: Someone stole $30 from a church.
1300 block S. Hanover St., Friday, May 21, 2:45 p.m.: Someone stole several digital converter boxes from a parked truck.
200 block Emory St., Friday, May 21, 8 a.m.: Someone stole a black nylon bag containing a laptop computer, USB drives and several books from a parked car.
