Robbery
400 block S. Fulton Ave., Monday, July 5, 1:30 a.m.: A man was sleeping on the front steps of a house when two men stole his cell phone. A witness woke up the victim and told him what had happened. The victim walked up to the suspects and demanded his phone back, and the suspects robbed him of his cash.
800 block Hollins St., Friday, July 9, 4 a.m.: A gunman robbed a taxi driver of his iPhone and wallet containing his driver’s license and cash.
Aggravated assault
100 block W. Henrietta St., Tuesday, July 6, 6:40 p.m.: A man was arrested for choking a woman during an argument.
1900 block Lemmon St., Wednesday, July 7, 9:10 a.m.: A man struck a woman with his closed fist and with a radio during an argument. He was arrested.
100 block W. Ostend St., Thursday, July 8, 9:45 p.m.: A man choked and bit a woman. A warrant is out for his arrest.
200 block Grindall St., Saturday, July 10, 2:35 a.m.: A man was arrested for striking a woman with a small glass bowl and cutting her foot.
2000 block McHenry St., Sunday, July 11, 2:45 a.m.: A woman hit a man with a baseball bat, and then her son struck the victim with brass knuckles. The victim was taken to a hospital, and warrants obtained for the woman’s and son’s arrest.
1800 block Ramsay St., Sunday, July 11, 4 a.m.: A man punched and choked a woman during an argument. A warrant was obtained for his arrest.
Burglary
1500 block S. Charles St., Tuesday, July 6, 2 p.m.: Someone broke into a house through the second- and third-floor sliding doors and stole a 52-inch Samsung television.
1300 block W. Lombard St., Wednesday, July 7, 7:15 a.m.: Someone broke into a house under renovation and stole a Husky generator, kitchen cabinets and other construction supplies.
1400 block W. Ostend St., Wednesday, July 7, 1 p.m.: Someone stole a gas stove and a microwave from a house under renovation.
Unit block W. West St., Saturday, July 10, 1:30 p.m.: Someone broke into a house through a rear window and stole two Dell Inspiron laptop computers and men’s clothing.
Larceny
2700 block Port Covington Dr., Monday, July 5, 6:30 p.m.: A woman tried to shoplift swimsuits.
100 block Scott St., Monday, July 5, 3:30 p.m.: Someone broke the right front window of a parked car and stole a Garmin GPS.
900 block McHenry St., Monday, July 5, 21 a.m.: Someone broke the right front window of a parked car and stole a power cord and a work ID.
1200 block McHenry St., Monday, July 5, 10 p.m.: Someone stole the rear tag from a parked car.
1000 block Covington St., Tuesday, July 6, 11:35 a.m.: Someone broke the driver’s side window of a parked car and stole a bag containing credit cards, a Maryland driver’s license, a Bogari necklace and other goods.
800 block Covington St., Tuesday, July 6, 11:30 a.m.: Someone stole a gold and silver handbag, pink candle and a green file folder from a parked car.
800 block Washington Blvd., Tuesday, July 6, 8 p.m.: Someone broke into a parked car and stole an iPhone, car charger, sunglasses and Nicole Miller eyeglasses.
1200 block Sargeant St., Wednesday, July 7, noon: Someone stole a steel ladder and an air conditioning unit from a back yard.
600 block Portland St., Wednesday, July 7, 2:15 p.m.: Someone broke into a parked car and stole a Dell Inspiron laptop computer.
800 block Harvey St., Wednesday, July 7, 11 a.m.: Someone stole a GPS from a parked car.
1000 block S. Charles St., Friday, July 9, 9:25 a.m.: A man stole batteries from a drugstore.
2000 block Christian St., Friday, July 9, 2:30 a.m.: Someone stole a tire and rim from a parked car.
600 block S. Charles St., Saturday, July 10, 2:50 p.m.: Someone broke into a parked car and stole a GPS, camera bag containing five lenses and an Apple laptop computer.
1200 block W. Pratt St., Sunday, July 11, 12:35 p.m.: A man was arrested for trying to shoplift air fresheners.
1200 block Riverside Ave., Sunday, July 11, 1 a.m.: Someone broke into a parked car and stole a GPS, charger, Oakley sunglasses and a Maglite flashlight.
